Welcome to the Fine Art Wedding Show! We’re thrilled to have you exhibiting in our January 4th & 5th 2020 two-day market + bridal show.

Saturday 11am-5pm Sunday 12pm-5pm
Tickets:
$10 online or $15 at the door
Booth:
10x10 Booth Includes: pipe & drape
Color of pipe/drape - WHITE
7x44 white company sign
6 foot Table with linen
2 chairs & 1 waste basket (You do not have to use the pipe & drape that comes with your booth space.)
Contests/Giveaways:
We recommend doing contests/giveaways at your booth. Our large sponsored giveaways will be from our sponsors. If you have a large prize we may consider this for the raffles etc. Please let me know what you have in mind.
Staff for the FAWS
We need a head count of who will be working at your booth. Each volunteer, or worker must have a badge to have access to the event floor.
Important Rules to Remember:
No booth sharing
No distributing of magazines that are not participating in the show.
- Booth needs to be set up by deadline.
- The lead list is confidential and can’t be shared with outside vendors or companies.
How Can I spread the Word about the Show?
- Mention us on your Instagram or Facebook page. You can tag us and or mention us in your caption. Our hashtag is: #fineartweddingshow
- Hand out postcards/flyers - Blog or add our logo to your website

Friday - January 3, 2020 1pm -7pm – Open for vendors to set-up, drop off and sign in (please see the loading dock directions on the next page)
Saturday
January 4, 2020
7:00 am – Open to all vendors to begin (check-in) or set-up
10:00 am – All vendors must be setup & ready for the show
10:30am – Walk through/Final check of all booths
11:00 am- Fine Art Wedding Show opens up to public
12:00 pm – Show
1:00 pm – Entertainment/Fashion Show
2:00pm – Show
3:00pm - Show
4:00pm – Prizes/Honeymoon Giveaway
5:00pm – Fine Art Wedding Show closes for the day

January 5, 2020
11:00am – Great time for networking/shopping
12:00 pm – Fine Art Wedding Show opens to the public
1:00 pm – Show 2:00pm – Entertainment/Fashion Show
3:00pm - Show 4:00pm – Prizes/Honeymoon Giveaway
